Multi-language Notice
This terms are prepared in multiple languages, but the Turkish version shall prevail. In case of any conflict or inconsistency, the Turkish version will be valid.

User Responsibility

User Account
- Users may create a personal account on Secret Notes. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred to others.
- Users should provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and regularly update account information.
Use of Service
- Users must comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.
- Users agree not to use the Service for illegal, defamatory, derogatory, privacy-invading, or rights-infringing activities.
Changes and Termination of Service
- Secret Notes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without notice or delete User accounts.
- Users can terminate the use of the Service at any time and request the deletion of their accounts.
Disclaimer of Liability
- The Service provided by Secret Notes is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis and provides no explicit or implicit warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Secret Notes is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is subject to Turkish law, and any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Turkish law.
- Any dispute resolution should take place in Turkish courts.
